Alpeiner - Nature Resort Tirol

A very nice hotel, great views of nature. Beautiful flowers in the grounds. Febulous indoor swimming pool and outdoor natural pool. The saunas and steam room were top class. There was a nice relaxation room off the pool area with great views. The staff are exceptionally nice , friendly and attentive. Excellent service in the restaurant area, (thank you Jennifer). The food is delicious and plentiful. Excellent variety and nice chefs. There was some initial apprehension about catering for a gluten free diet but the kitchen managed it extremely well. Allergens are listed on the dinner menu. In the morning there were g.f breads and cereals available. Buffet was generous with lots of fresh fruits and a juicer available at breakfast. A juicer with a stronger motor would be great. The staff in reception were so efficient and friendly. Very helpful about room selection. The bedrooms and suites were nicely furnished and comfortable, with excellent storage. There was a mini bar, a kettle and coffee machine, with tea and coffee supplied. Suite had a lovely round table and seating with great views. All in all a very nice hotel made very special by the excellent staff and delicious food, fabulous facilities.

Alpeiner Nature Resort Tirol is a fantastic place to relax. Clean, spacious rooms with mountain views, excellent wellness area, and delicious food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect base for skiing and hiking. Highly recommend – we’ll definitely be back!

It is highly unusual in a hotel not to find something that could be improved but that was our experience here. Staff all lovely and so well trained. Bedroom large and functional with great views towards the Inn valley, cavernous bathroom with large walk in shower and bath and loads of storage space for toiletries (something sadly lacking in many establishments). Excellent food (we were half board) and soups, salads and deserts were included at lunchtime. Meticulous cleanliness throughout. Superb indoor pool and spa area with lovely outdoor pool. Very peaceful location but close to the local gondola and village. The Stubai Super card was included giving many benefits such as free gondola rides throughout the valley and free local transport including a frequent bus service to Innsbruck and the glacier in the other direction. The scenery is magnificent and there is plenty to see and do whether young or old. The fact that there were so many returnees says it all.

This lovely 4-star hotel is located near Neustift village centre and about 200 metres from Elferbahn, a lift which takes you up to the Elfer mountain. Hotel is reachable in 40 minutes by bus #590 from Innsbruck railway station. It’s not a typical picturesque family run inn, but enormous building with 60 guest rooms, and therefore it lacks a bit of personal service. However, the service was excellent throughout our 9-day-stay. At check in we were handed the Stubai Super Cards which gave us free use of buses and one daily ascent/descent of each of the four lifts in the valley. Our 45m2 junior suite #115 was located on the first floor with big wall size windows facing south-west. You may choose bedding to your liking: double bed with one or two mattresses as hard or soft you prefer as well as pillows and duvets. Bathroom was huge with double sink, wall size mirror, toilet room, separate bath and walk-in shower. Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries were good quality. Wardrobe was 4 closets together and had more than enough shelves and hangers. Only con was tiny safety box inside it which had no room for iPads. The other con was terrace which was gravel without any flowers and had no privacy, and no sun shade making it rather unusable. I would have preferred a normal balcony as on the upper floors. Daily cleaning was always a top notch. There was no air conditioning, but summer nights in the Alps are luckily still quite chilly so opening the terrace door did the job. All guests were allocated own table in the ground floor restaurant for their entire stay. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10 and had everything one could think of plus more. It was superb! There was also a light complementary buffet lunch available at 1 pm including two different soups, salads and breads, a nice surprise and saved us from trying to find a lunch joint in tiny village. 6-course dinner at 7 pm included salad bar, choice of two starters, soup, choice of three main courses (meat, fish or vegetable), choice of two desserts and great selection of cheese if you had any room left. In addition to that, there was a built-your-own-hamburger corner where was also pasta and sauce available – especially popular for younger guests, but adults could enjoy it too. And kitchen was more than willing to prepare something else if and when asked. Wine/beverage menu was good, but be aware that tap water is charged 1,80€ per carafe, ridiculous when crystal clear water is pouring from glacier. The other notable thing is that one should go to dinner at 7 as it was pretty much over by 9. Spa area downstairs was roomy and comfy. Saunas were heated up at 2 pm, and Finnish sauna had proper stove providing adequate +85 Celsius temperature. Both indoor and outdoor swimming pool areas were nice, but outdoor pond’s water was ice cold. Apleiner is by far the best hotel accommodation in the glacier area. Room Accommodations, food, friendly staff beyond expectations. Ski rentals and transportations to and from the glacier was made so easy and personal. The full board meals selection was equivalent to a 5 stars restaurant and a must experience. We were sorry to end our vacation .

I loved my stay at Alpeiner. The staff is so friendly, localisation perfect, food soo good. W loved outside jacuzzi with Alps view. Spa area quiet and relaxing. I can recommend Alpeiner hotel 100%, it exceeded my expectations.
